Birthday Bash Celebrates #25!Other surprise performers included Peter White, Rick Braun, Nick Colionne, Michael Lington, and Eric Darius. Altogether, more than 30 artists appeared at this year’s event, including guitarists Chris Standring; sax players Jackiem Joyner, Jeff Kashiwa, and Grace Kelly; trumpeter Greg Adams; vocalists Spencer Day and Sara Gazarek; bass players Brian Bromberg and Max Bennett; and keyboardists Keiko Matsui and Brian Simpson. Trumpeter Tony Guerrero once again served as the event’s Music Director.

For the second year in a row, a Saddleback College Cinema/TV/Radio student was named "Best DJ" in the National Student Production Awards. Esmeralda Olamendi received the honor
during the National Student Electronic Media Convention. Besides radio, Saddleback College has courses in TV and Radio News, Film Production, and much more.
